ENOUGH!

The interesting thing about being human is that we have the ability to feel emotions. Even though we may put in great effort to deny feeling these emotions, they still exist. At any given moment we can go from happy to sad to angry and right back to happy again. And while going through these emotions many people tend to deal with depression and anxiety about one or a plethora of things. Depression and anxiety also have the tendency to make us feel as though we are inadequate or less than enough or that we simply should not exist. I can assure you that there is nothing further from the truth. As cliche as it may sound, you WERE created for a purpose and those feelings of inadequacy are NOTHING mind tricks to keep you from living to your fullest potential. There is so much on the inside of you that others need to witness and the only way those things are ever going to showcase themselves is for you to expel the negative thoughts of not being enough replacing them with positive affirmations of self-love and self-motivation. Each day you look in the mirror remind yourself of three important things:


  1. You are beautiful

  2. You are loved

  3. You are ENOUGH
